The following agreement sets out the conditions under which Relaxtrading.net will prolide its services to its Users. User must read this agreement prior to joining. By making the deposit with Relaxtrading.net User states that he/she has carefully read, understood, fully accepts and will under any circumstances abide by this agreement.

- User confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age or more depending on the official legal age in any particular jurisdiction.

- User acknowledges that he/she is acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity or authority.

- By registering with Relaxtrading.net User guarantees that he/she will not use this site in any illegal way and User undertakes to respect all applicable local, national or, where applicable, international laws.

- User agrees that Relaxtrading.net reserves the right to modify the User agreement and Terms of Use at any time and to notify User by posting an updated version of the User Agreement and Terms of Use on the web site.

- - User understands that Relaxtrading.net is neither a licensed bank, nor does it offer securities.

- Under no circumstances will Relaxtrading.net sell, lease or in any other form disclose information about its Users to any third parties.

- User understands and fully accepts the fact that Relaxtrading.net will not tolerate unsolicited commercial emails (spam) and has a zero tolerance policy regarding the transmission of "spam" e-mails. Moreover, we are strongly convinced that spam is unlawful
